Application tips

Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day for 2 minutes.
See a dentist at least once a year.
Choose an appropriate toothbrush. Change every 3 months.
Children of 6 years and younger: Use a pea sized
amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.
Complete your oral hygiene routine by using mouthwash and dental
floss.

Step 1: Preparation

Use a soft to medium-hard toothbrush and our fluoride toothpastes to strengthen the enamel and prevent tooth decay. Don't forget to replace your toothbrush regularly.

Step 2: Brushing teeth

Take a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and brush twice a day for at least 2-3 minutes. Brush in gentle, circular movements from the chewing surface to the outer and finally to the inner surface.

Step 3: Interdental spaces

Use dental floss once a day to remove stubborn food debris and plaque between the teeth. To do this, wrap the floss around your middle fingers and gently move the floss back and forth between your teeth.

Step 4: Mouthwash

Use our antibacterial mouthwash after brushing and flossing. This can help to reduce plaque and freshen breath. Smaller deposits can be optimally removed. Your perfect dental care routine is complete!
