Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day for 2 minutes.
See a dentist at least once a year.
Choose an appropriate toothbrush. Change every 3 months.
Children of 6 years and younger: Use a pea sized
amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.
Complete your oral hygiene routine by using mouthwash and dental
floss.
